-If there is any balloon do not explode, we still charge for it ya, because helium gas and balloon is not recyclable. There are many unforeseen circumtances that might cause the non explosion. For example: Stuck of Feather, Small Balloon Covered during the balloon exploding, or signal inteference and so on...
如果其中1粒因为某些原因没有爆我们也照样收费的哦，因为不爆的不可控因素可能有很多种，可能是因为被羽毛，小球堵着了，可能signal被干扰等等问题
