Our silver photobooth package did not include the walkway pedestal decoration & VIP main table because the hotels and restaurants nowadays, they already provided the VIP main table and Walkway pedestal decoration. but If you want to add on, you can check our premium photobooth package ya.
我们的Silver配套里面没有包含红地毯走道以及主家西的布置,因为现在的酒家多数已经有提供这两项布置了。不过，如果您想要另外增加此项布置，可以参考我们的Premium配套。

Do your package include Stage Decoration?
你们的配套有没有包括舞台的布置呢？
2) Answer 答
Our photobooth package did not include the stage decoration. Nowadays, most of the hotels and restaurants provide a big LED panel on stage, so normally our clients will just choose a nice pre wedding photo as the background of the stage.
If you want to do the stage decoration, we will need to see the stage size and what do you want to do only we can give you a quote.
我们的配套里面是没有包括舞台布置的,因为现在很多的酒店跟酒家都安装了LED 大屏幕，通常我们的客户都会选择一些漂亮的婚纱照片来当作舞台背景。
如果您需要做舞台布置，我们需要知道您的舞台大小以及要做些怎么样的布置，我们才能提供您报价。

We are based in Melaka & KL but our company's service area is from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru.
For customer that is out from KL, Melaka, Muar, Johor Bahru area, that is additional transportation charges apply.
Below <200km RM150-RM250 additional charges for transportation & accommodation
More than >200km RM350 and above additional charges for transportation & accommodation.
我们虽然是马六甲公司，我们在吉隆坡, Johor Bahru也有安装团队. 我们的服务范围是从吉隆坡至Johor Bahru。

We can only choose from your ready theme designs? If we want to have our custom make design is it possible?
我们只能够签购你们的现有主题配套吗？如果我们想要根据自己要的设计布置可以吗？
4) Answer 答
Nope, we provide ready themes for your choices is because ready theme we can provide a better offer to you as in we no need to repurchase everything to do design. You can also custom make your design if you have more budget, because the custom make theme will be more expensive due to we need to repurchase all the decorations props that you requested.
我们提供现有主题配套是因为现有主题我们能提供比较经济实惠的价格给客户，因为我们不需要另外购买新的道具来去做布置。
如果您有更高的预算，当然您也能够订制您自己想要的主题，因为订制的主题通常价格会偏高，因为我们必须根据您的需求,另外购买所有新的主题布置用品。

Do your package have any hidden charge?
你们的配套还有什么隐藏收费吗
5) Answer 答
No, the package price is NETT price and no hidden charges. That's only extra transportation charges if your area is out from KL, Melaka Muar and Johor Bahru.
没有哦, 所有的配套价格已经是NETT price, 除了您的地区是吉隆坡,马六甲,麻坡, Johor Bahru以外的地区有附加车马费以外,不会有任何的隐藏收费。

If we book your package now, but our wedding is next year, can we change the to the latest theme designs you have that we prefer or not?
如果我们现在预订了你的主题，但是婚礼是在明年，我们能够更换到您最新有的主题设计吗？
6) Answer 答
Yes, if you booked now, 2 months before your wedding, you still can change to the latest theme designs we have which is same value with the design that you booked, or you can top up some money to the higher value design.
可以啊! 如果您现在就预订了，您婚礼前两个月，您可以随时更换到跟你预订的主题相同价格的新主题布置。又或是，您可以加钱升级到更好的新主题布置。

Can i know what is the price range?

First of all, different themes, design and sizes price will be different.
Designs can be very simple and also very complicated. You may screen shoot the theme that you prefer and ask for pricing & details ya.
每个主题设计，尺寸不一样，价格都会不一样的哦~
因为设计可以非常简单也可以非常复杂。
你可以Screen shoot 你喜欢的主题发给我们~我们会给你提供报价以及详情哦。

你们的Photo Album Table 跟 Registration Table布置是怎么样的呢？

If you want upgrade to a bigger design and longer walkway
pricing will be different.
You also can downgrade the design to a smaller backdrop.
For Example:
Upgrade to 24ft x 10ft backdrop the price will need add on ya.
Downgrade to a 16ft x 8ft then we will reduce the price from the package.
Add on length of the walkway:
RM50 per ft
For Exmaple:
Add on to 60ft Floral
30ft (Included in Package) + 30ft Add on
30ft x RM50=RM1500
如果要Upgrade到更大的背景以及更长的走道
价格会不一样哦~
同样的你也可以Downgrade背景尺寸我们会
把相对的价格扣除
例如：
Upgrade到24ft x 10ft背景
您只需要补背景的差价即可。
Downgrade到16ft x 8ft的背景
我们会把相对的价格扣除。
走道加长:

Add on 到60尺长的走道花艺

The photo album table & registration table for all the designs are using same arrangement. It's just a simple deco with floral and frames. Like Photo Below:
The Floral Arrangement will be following the theme that you choose.
For Album Table, you will need to send us 8 softcopy of your photo and we will prepare the frame and put the photo inside. The center part is for you to put your photo album.
*Frame we will collect back after event, photo u can bring back ya.
The tables will be using the restaurant/hotel one.
相簿桌 跟 迎宾桌每个主题都会是一样的摆设哦~
就是简单的相框以及花艺摆设，如下图：
花艺会用回跟你背景板或走道一个系列的花艺主题。
相簿桌我们会需要跟你拿8张照片Softcopy, 我们会准备相框以及帮你把相片洗出来。中间的位置是给你摆放你的相本的。
*相框婚礼结束我们会收回，相片你可以带回去哦。
桌子我们会使用酒家/酒店提供的桌子。

How do we make a booking with you?

First of all, this is a package that most couples will need it.
We do not give any discount as in the photo album table and registration table is just simple deco for us, it wont affect too much cost to us, the biggest cost and time consuming work is the building and decoration of the backdrop, transportation and manpower.
由于这3样东西都是大多数晚宴都会需要的，所以我们把他做成一个Package. 所以即使您不想要Album Table or Registration Table的Deco~我们的价格还是一样的哦。
因为这两个桌子的布置不会影响我们太大的Costing跟时间，只是普通摆设而已。最大的Costing跟时间是在工钱，运输，还有布置背景板的时间上。

First of all, choose a theme or package that you prefer, click the "BOOK NOW" button at below and contact with our admin, we will issue an invoice to you and collect a 50% deposit for confirmation.
Dont worry, an official receipt will issue to you as record, and we will follow up with you 2 months before your wedding.
首先,选择一个您喜欢的主题及配套，点击以下的BOOK NOW按钮与我们联系.我们会开一张invoice给您,然后收取50%订金后正式确认预订.
不必担心，我们会提供一张official receipt收据给您做记录,婚礼前两个月我们会跟您跟进您的婚礼事宜.

When will you guys install the decoration?
你们通常是几时安装背景呢？
13) Answer 答
We will get the venue person in charge contact with you and we will need to ask them when can we go in for installation.
If before your wedding there is a luncheon, we only can go in after the luncheon, which is 4pm - 4.30pm. If the restaurant doing retail business till 3pm, we also can only go in after 3pm.
Everything need to discuss with the venue person in charge ya. If there is a possibility for us to set up earlier, we will set up earlier ya.
我们会需要跟你拿酒楼的负责人联系方式，然后询问他们我们几点可以进去安装。
如果你的婚宴之前他们有午宴，我们必须等午宴完了，上一场的Decorator拆完我们才能进行安装，通常4pm-4.30pm左右。
有些酒楼的宴会厅有用作门市，我们也只能在3pm之后才进去安装。
如果能提早我们会提早安装哦。

Can i change the flower color and background design?
背景的花艺颜色以及背景设计可以改的吗？
14) Answer 答
All the printing material design (For Example: Tarpaulin Printing, Foamboard Printing, Welcome board Printing) can be change. Wihout any extra charges.
Flower selections only can change to our ready floral and it's subject to availability. You can check with our customer service for further information.
所有的Printing Material的设计以及颜色都能够自由更改，没有任何附加收费。
花艺只能够更换到我们的现有花艺，但是需要看看是否我们在你的婚礼当天是否还有足够的库存。先到先得，你可以联系我们的客服了解更多详情。

After Deposit Paid, what will be the next step ya?
付了订金之后接下来我们新人应该做什么呢？

May i know what's the procedure that you handling your clients?
你们跟客户之间沟通的整个流程是怎么样的呢？

After we issue an invoice to you and collected a deposit upon confirmation.
1-2 months before your wedding our assistant will open a grp to discuss with you the backdrop color tone, design and the name font design of the backdrop.
After that my designer will come out with a 2D design (without floral and props) since you chosen a ready theme which already had real photo as a vision.
So you will know roughly how it look likes already.
After confirming the backdrop Printing design, then we will contact ur venue pic to make sure what time we can go in to install on the actual day.
If you got a specific place to put the backdrop, please do let us know earlier or provide us a floor plan or visual, so we can install according to your preference.
Or else normally we put near to the entrance of the ballroom.
整个流程是这样的
我们跟您收取deposit之后
因为您选择的是现有主题~所以基本上你已经会知道整个背景板大致上的效果是如何了。
婚礼1-2个月前，我的助理会开群跟你讨论设计的颜色以及你的名字的设计要如何。
之后会叫设计师出一个2D的图给你 （不包含花艺跟道具，主要是给你确定背景板的颜色，设计还有名字设计）
你确定之后我们才会Process Printing.
至于婚礼当天几点可以去安装，我们需要跟酒楼进行沟通。
如果没有午宴，我们5点前基本上就会准备好所有背景。
有些酒家的宴会厅也拿来用作门市用途，我们就最早也需要3点才能进去。
如果有午宴，我们需要等到4点之后才能进去安装, 可能会需要到6点。
如果您的背景有固定的地点要拜访，需要提早提供Floor Plan or Vision让我们知道，不然通常我们会询问酒家通常是摆放在什么地方，或通常我们是摆放在靠近你的场地入口处的地方哦。
